A friend of mine recently had a baby shower for her first child. I’m so excited for her! Of course, a handmade card was in order, right?
Stamp set: Every Little Bit, Teeny Tiny Wishes
Ink: Early Espresso, Pink Pirouette, Crumb Cake
Paper: Pink Pirouette (smooth and textured), Pretty in Pink, Whisper White, Real Red textured, Pink Pirouette Patterns DSP pack (retired)
Accessories: Scallop square clear Bigz die, Itty Bitty buttons, White Baker’s twine, Modern Label punch, Word Window punch, Blender pens, Stripes textured impressions folder, Brayer, Jewels Basic Pearls, Owl punch
I also made some treat cups with matching tags. I used the same tag on her gift bags as well. Isn’t the little teddy bear just so CUTE?!?
Do you like the “blankie”? It uses an awesome technique shown by Jan Tinklenberg at Convention. She is such a JEENYUS (in her words, not mine!). I’m willing to show you the technique at a workshop or class; just let me know! It’s much easier than you think. Jan shows a card with this technique and talks about her demonstration and a little bit about her technique here on her blog. I like how different the technique looks just by changing up the colors.
